Scroll bar problems

This is probably because your browser window has divided the page up with two separate vertical scroll bars on the right-hand side, one of them currently being hidden. To show the hidden vertical scroll bar, move along to the right of the bottom horizontal scroll bar. You can then move up and down the full page using a combination of the two right hand vertical scroll bars.
